I am a big advocate for resistance training, more especially weightlifting. Ever since I came across the weights and benches in my late teens, it has been my favourite form of exercise and I have come to think of weightlifting as my favourite sport in the world!


On this post I would like to share some of the benefits of weightlifting, just in point form- I would advise that you do more research on the matter.

*Strength training supports your heart.

*Strength training may help you live a longer, healthier life.


I hope these points give you enough motivation to start lifting weights or keep you lifting weights. It’s a life time commitment I have made and don’t regret.
