Good Day Gentlemen. Did you know that in terms of Section 26 (1)(a) (b) (i)(ii)(iii)(iv) of Children's Act 38 of 2005 in the Republic of South Africa as the father of the child not married to the mother of a child and who is or claims to be the biological father of the child may (a) apply to be identified as the father on the child's birth certificate if the mother agrees (b) if she refuses / she is deceased/ she is mentally ill, you can do it via the court. As an unmarried father you have responsibilities and rights. This applies weather you paying maintenance or not. I am willing to help you. Social Work in Action.
